During the course of his 55-year career, Burton Siegal has assembled a resume that would be the envy of most design engineers. He has been awarded 123 patents, has been nominated for the National Medal of Technology and received a Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Illinois' College of Engineering.
Siegal designed a part of the NASA Surveyor cameras that traveled to the moon and now resides in the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC and has provided his services to IBM, Ford, Chrysler and countless other major corporations.
